  2. In a chair with wheels, hold onto a desk or table and push yourself away, repeat.
  3. While doing laundry, lift the laundry basket above your head and back to your chest.
  4. Love music? Crank up your favorite tunes and dance to burn calories!
  5. Perform seated leg lifts while watching TV.
  6. During commercial breaks, do high intensity exercises like jumping jacks or sit-ups.
