Soy Grilled Salmon
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
In small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Place salmon in shallow glass dish. Pour garlic mixture over salmon, turning to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour; spoon sauce over salmon several times.
Set George Foreman® Indoor/Outdoor Grill at setting 4 and allow to preheat. Remove salmon from marinade and place on grill, skin side down. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until salmon tests done or registers 145°F when tested with a meat thermometer.
