Place chicken, yogurt, Sriracha sauce and cumin in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Mix and set aside to marinate at least 1 hour (Marinating time is included in the Prep Time).
Preheat Contact Roaster. Carefully place chicken in Contact Roaster. Set timer and cook chicken 10 min. Turn chicken over and cook an additional 5 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Place chicken and masala sauce in the baking pan; set timer and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until hot, stirring half way through cooking
Serve over cooked rice.
