AIR FRYER TORTILLA CHIPS

A Taste of the Southwest: Basic tortillas transform into crispy chips tossed with a chili spiced seasoning blend.



INGREDIENTS

  • 12 small fajita tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles and place in a large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour half of the seasoning mix over the tortillas and toss to coat. Repeat with the remaining seasoning.
  4. Place 1/2 of the tortillas in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
  5. Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 350°F and fry for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining seasoned tortillas.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
