AIR FRYER STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Bacon Makes Everything Better: Nutty gruyere combined with smooth cream cheese and crunchy bacon makes the perfect stuffing for earthy mushrooms.


INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed*
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded gruyere
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

*Tip: use a ¼ tsp. to scoop out the insides of the mushroom and make room for the stuffing.

  1. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, gruyere, bacon, salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the center of each mushroom cap and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.
  3. Place baking rack in the bowl in the high position and place the stuffed mushrooms on top.
  4. Tap the grill button and set temperature to 375°F and fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
