Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea but disappointing I got this a few days ago and used it immediately. It went together fairly easily but it seemed wobbly. Not only that, but the pole didn't fir properly into the grill so I couldn't get it to latch properly. I decided to give it a try anyway. It cooked fairly well other than the top holding too much moisture inside. Also, the grill leaned to the side so the fat from that side collected rather than running into the middle and dripping into the pan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need to hinge the lid We’re enjoying the grill except for the fact that there’s nowhere to safely set the hot lid when checking our meals. Why isn’t the lid hinged? What suggestions do you have for safely using the grill without setting the lid on the grouny/floor?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No charcoal, no propane, still great taste....YES! Being a creature of convenience, I really don't like messing with charcoal or propane. This grill is the perfect alternative for me. On a sunny day, I move it outside to a small patio area I set up. On a rainy day, just as convenient inside the kitchen. Burgers and Brats is what I have grilled so far and they turned out juicy and delicious. I would have gave it five stars if it wasn't for the single pole stand, which is rickety and wobbly. I removed it completely and use a 3 tier metal stand on wheels. Now I have space for the grill and accessories - spices/rubs, grill utensils, serving plates, etc....and I can easily roll out the whole ensemble to the patio. But the grill itself is easily a five star.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from GR Indoor/Outdoor 15+ I received my grill as a present. Even thou I like it - the only thing I can use living in an apartment - have been noticing that it drips on the floor (my rug). I've checked to make sure everything is tight and in it's place but it still drips. Not only in the drip pan but down the pole and on the plastic feet - & rug. I use it on my patio which is carpeted and when not in use I put it in the storage closet - to protect it from the weather. Takes me longer to clean up - than cook the food..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product Dissatisfaction I purchased the model GFO240 about a month ago and as an elderly person was excited at the prospect of once again cooking outdoors without the hassle involved with the more established methods. I'm happy to say that my first attempts with burgers and hotdogs went well as far as the actual cooking was concerned, however, the famous George Foreman claim that the fat drains off the griddle was not achievable with this model, at least when mounted on it's outdoor stand. I've taken pains to ensure the two parts are correctly locked together, but the connection point where grill meets stand is decidedly unstable and is not conducive to the proper draining of fats as advertised. There is no obvious way to correct the problem and this leaves me unhappy with the purchase. Because the idea of the grill is a good one, I would much rather this was a positive report.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the gril, but... I've used my new grill several times and love it's capabilities. However it leaks grease from somewhere on the bottom. I looked and found the drip tray in the correct place. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just purchased this yesterday for a 4th of July weekend BBQ. I moved to an apartment recently and the rules do not allow for any combustible product on the deck. I'm a grilling connoisseur and foodie to boot. Aaah, I was so disappointed with this product. First of all, it's very lightweight, that's a good thing but for grilling and BBQing, I like sturdy, heavy duty. This product does not come close. The grilling station is nothing more than the Oester, Black and Decker, Hamilton Beach tabletop grills. Only difference, this mounts on a stand. Which BTW is very lightweight and wobbly. Instructions leave much to be diesired because there are no diagrams of the parts. I'm pretty intuitive so I figured it out, but even the smartest person may scratch their head a bit. The stand's legs are plastic, the entire product is plastic with their exception of the grill surface, lid and stand pole. All of which are pretty lightweight. This would all be fine if it was advertised as a grill on a stand rather than indoor/outdoor grill. It doesn't come close to a grill in my opinion. Nice try George. I know you have some awesome products, but I'm afraid I'm going to return this and invest in a real cast iron surface, electric grill.BTW - clean-up was a snap! That's probably to only thing I like about this grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Foreman 240 is a Beast! I cannot say enough good things about the 240. It is just great! I think it produces a better steak than gas or charcoal. The only reason I can think of it that perhaps the surface of the electric grill is lower than that on gas/charcoal, and it is harder to overcook steak. I absolutely love this grill.
