Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the price It stopped working for me after 7-8 months. Upper part of the grill does not heat up and food is left uncooked

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LOVE IT but it broke after two months My husband and I loved this grill and thought it was very convenient for our small NYC apartment. Sadly, after 2 months the top part does not shut down properly. If we remove the top grill then it closes properly but it defeats the purpose of grilling. Can anybody please assist me with this? I really like this item and want to have it fixed ASAP.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Food sticks I am disappointed that food sticks to the grill plates. As I continue to use the product, the problem is worse. I will not be using it again as it took a long time for me to clean the plates. Very disappointed in this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grill plates are terrible I've had been using Foreman Grills since they first came out. Just bought the Grill & Broil and I cannot even use it. The food sticks to the grill plates so bad that sometimes I can't even open it. Forget about washing them. If you soak them overnight you can get most of the stuck on food off but they never come 100% clean. It's become unusable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nonstick grill plates no longer nonstick I haven't even had this grill for 6 months and the grill plates are already nonstick. I followed the instructions but it still failed. I loved using it but am ready to throw away the grill plates. The waffle plates are still pretty good though it has started sticking a little. Trying to decide if it is worth buying replacement plates or not. I have heard that putting them in the dishwasher may effect the nonstick coating which is disappointing because it is advertised as dishwasher safe. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Grill plates do not clean well I really loved this grill when I first bought it. Now, after using the ceramic grill plates several times, they have become very difficult to clean. Do you have replacements for them?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use it 3 or 4 times a week Love it! Grills everything fine, & love the waffle plates. Haven't tried broiling or using griddle plates yet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Grill that could be a Great Grill I bought this grill last September when I was moving from a house to an apartment and needed to downsize my kitchen appliances. This appealed to me because it could grill, broil, be a griddle, and be a waffle maker. I would have given this a 5-star rating except my food sticks to the grill plates and I have to even struggle to open the grill up. And forget about cleaning the grill plates. I'm wondering if I have a bad set of grill plates and would like trying to replace them to see if I have the same problems. Where can I get replacements?
