AIR FRYER WHOLE CHICKEN

Roast Chicken made Easy: Skip turning on your oven and air fry a whole chicken that’s juicy on the inside with crispy skin on the outside.



INGREDIENTS

  • 3-3.5 lb. whole chicken, neck & giblets removed
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4-5 Tbsp. chicken seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse and pat chicken dry. Drizzle oil over the whole chicken and rub into wings and skin.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over the entire chicken. Skewer the chicken onto the spindle and slide the other fork on to secure. Tighten the screw on the fork to hold the meat. Insert into the bowl.
  3. Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 425°F and fry for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn temperature down to 375°F and continue to fry for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Carefully remove chicken from the bowl and place on a large cutting board to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Remove rotisserie and carve chicken. Eat with your favorite vegetables or side dishes.
