HONEY GARLIC SALMON

Honey, garlic, butter and lemon juice combine for a sweet and savory topping. Serve salmon over couscous or brown rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (12 oz.) whole salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Remove upper grill plate to expose broiler.

Attach lower grill plate. Preheat Grill & Broil on HIGH Broil.

In small bowl, cream butter with hand mixer. Add garlic, honey and lemon juice and mix at medium speed to combine.

Pat salmon dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Spread honey butter mixture over each fillet.

Place one fillet on preheated grill and broil for 8 minutes, rotating 90° halfway through.

(Tip: Salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145°F.)

Repeat with remaining salmon fillet.


Tip: Serve over couscous salad or brown rice.
