AIR FRYER HONEY GARLIC CAULIFLOWER BITES

Healthy Fried App: This sweet, salty and crunchy appetizer crisps up in just 30 minutes with minimal effort.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (10 oz) bags cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
  4. Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 425°F and fry for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve as a crunchy appetizer, or with rice and your favorite cooked protein.
