AIR FRYER ZOODLES

Take the Time: These zoodles may take longer than pan frying, but they’re well worth it! By the end you’re left with slightly crisp, yet soft like pasta, noodles.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 large zucchinis, spiralized
  • ½ tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place zucchini noodles in a colander and salt generously until zoodles are coated. Let zoodles rest for 10 minutes to remove any excess water. Place zoodles in a tea towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  2. Note: this step is important. Removing as much water as you’re able to will ensure tender zoodles, instead of soggy.
  3. Place zoodles in a large bowl and toss with oil and salt. Place in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
  4. Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 425°F and fry for 20 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve topped with your favorite pasta sauce.
