AIR FRYER PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BREAD
The Perfect Combination: Peanut butter and chocolate become best friends in this moist and fluffy air fried bread.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
⅛ tsp. salt
⅓ cup no sugar added applesauce
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, yogurt, egg and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until incorporated. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into 3 greased mini (4 ½” x 2 ½” x 1 ½”) pans or one 7 ½” greased loaf pan. Place in the air fryer bowl.
- Tap the bake button and set temperature to 350°F and fry for 15-18 minutes for the mini loaf pans, or 30 minutes for the 7 ½” pan, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Move loaf pans to a wire rack and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Run a butter knife around edges of the loaf pans to remove bread.
- Cut each loaf into 4-5 slices and top with additional peanut butter and sliced bananas if desired.
