AIR FRYER TORTILLA CHIPS
A Taste of the Southwest: Basic tortillas transform into crispy chips tossed with a chili spiced seasoning blend.

INGREDIENTS
12 small fajita tortillas
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles and place in a large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the seasoning mix over the tortillas and toss to coat. Repeat with the remaining seasoning.
- Place 1/2 of the tortillas in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
- Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 350°F and fry for 15 minutes.
- Remove and spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining seasoned tortillas.
- Enjoy with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
