Asparagus tossed with olive oil, red pepper flakes and feta make for a delicious and colorful side, perfect for any gathering.
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat your George Foreman™ grill on setting #4.
Toss asparagus with olive oil and red pepper flakes.
Grill covered, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn asparagus and grill an additional 4 min. or until tender crisp.
Remove from grill. Top with feta cheese before serving.
