BLACKENED SALMON RUB

A taste of Cajun country right at home! Between the rub and the delicious texture and flavor you can get from the grill you’ll be going up for seconds guaranteed.

PREP TIME: 5 Min | COOK TIME: 10 Min | TOTAL TIME: 15 Min | SERVINGS: 2

INGREDIENTS

½ Tbsp. cayenne pepper

2 tsp. olive oil

½ Tbsp. onion powder

1 Tbsp. paprika

¼ tsp. black pepper

2 salmon fillets

1 tsp. salt

⅛ tsp. EACH thyme, basil and oregano

DIRECTIONS

Mix spices together in a small bowl.

Preheat your George Foreman™ grill on setting #5.

Brush the surfaces of the salmon fillets with olive oil; top with spice mixture.

Grill 4-5 minutes on each side until done (min. of 145°F).
