AIR FRYER HONEY SRIRACHA SALMON
Salmon Made Easy: Take the guess work out of perfectly cooked salmon with your air fryer. A little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, this salmon will become a weeknight staple.
INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. honey
1 ½ tsp. Sriracha
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
4 (5 oz) salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, honey, Sriracha, lime juice, Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pat the salmon dry and spread the honey Sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
Place baking rack in the bowl in the high position and spray with cooking spray. Place two fillets on top.
Tap the bake button and set temperature to 400°F and fry for 12-13 minutes. Repeat with remaining fillets.
Serve warm with cooked brown rice and an extra squeeze of lime juice.
