AIR FRYER HOMEMADE CHICKEN TENDERS
Tender and Juicy: With a crispy outside, and tender and juicy inside, these sour cream and onion coated chicken tenders will quickly become a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup flour
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
6 cups sour cream & onion potato chips, finely crushed
1 lb. fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
Dipping Sauce
½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
½ tsp. dill weed
½ tsp. dried parsley
½ tsp. garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a shallow dish, add the flour and season with salt and pepper. In a separate shallow dish, add the beaten eggs. In a final shallow dish add the crushed chips.
- Working in batches, coat chicken tenders in the flour, then egg and finally in the chips. Coat both sides of chicken well in chips. Place on a large cutting board and repeat with remaining chicken.
- Place baking rack in the bowl in the high position and place 4 chicken tenders on top.
- Tap the bake button and set temperature to 400°F and fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together all dipping sauce ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready.
- Serve chicken tenders hot with dipping sauce.
