AIR FRYER PIZZA POPPERS
After-school Snack: These pizza poppers are so easy to put together, even your kids can do it. It’s like a slice of pizza rolled up in an easy to eat package.

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 count) tube refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
¾ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mini pepperoni
1 cup shredded pizza cheese, divided
DIRECTIONS
- On a large cutting board, roll out each biscuit to a 6” diameter. Layer each biscuit with pizza sauce, pepperoni and ¾ cup of the cheese leaving about a ¼” edge around the biscuit.
- Pull all the edges of the biscuit up and around pizza toppings and squeeze together to close the top of the biscuit. Top each biscuit with remaining ¼ cup cheese.
- Place baking rack in the bowl in the low position and spray with cooking spray. Place 4 biscuits, seam side up, on top.
- Tap the bake button and set temperature to 375°F and fry for 12-14 minutes. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Serve hot with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
