AIR FRYER SWEET POTATO FRIES
Healthier Side Dish: Sweet potato fries from restaurants are typically fried in a lot of oil, negating their health benefits. Instead, make them at home with just 2 Tbsp. of oil in the air fryer.

INGREDIENTS
2 large sweet potatoes, cleaned and peeled
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
DIRECTIONS

- Cut sweet potatoes into ¼” thick fries. Place the fries in a large bowl. Toss with oil and garlic salt to coat.
- Place sweet potato fries in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
- Tap the air fry and set temperature to 400°F and fry for 25 minutes. Remove and spread fries in an even layer on a large baking sheet for 10 minutes. Return to the drum, fit the lid on top and insert back into the bowl.
- Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 400°F and fry for 10 minutes.
Note: this second ‘fry’ will help the sweet potato fries to become crispy. - Serve with your favorite sandwich or as a snack.
