AIR FRYER ZOODLES
Take the Time: These zoodles may take longer than pan frying, but they’re well worth it! By the end you’re left with slightly crisp, yet soft like pasta, noodles.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large zucchinis, spiralized
½ tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS

- Place zucchini noodles in a colander and salt generously until zoodles are coated. Let zoodles rest for 10 minutes to remove any excess water. Place zoodles in a tea towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Note: this step is important. Removing as much water as you’re able to will ensure tender zoodles, instead of soggy. - Place zoodles in a large bowl and toss with oil and salt. Place in the drum and fit the lid on top. Insert into the bowl.
- Tap the air fry button and set temperature to 425°F and fry for 20 minutes until tender.
- Serve topped with your favorite pasta sauce.
